Policy on refunds or problematic orders
We guarantee delivery of all our orders; however we understand that circumstances may arise when you may request a refund for an order that has yet to be delivered. You may request a complete refund for any order that has yet to be delivered. However, we cannot provide refunds for currencies that have been fully delivered to your character. If you receive your currency and decide you no longer want it, please contact us and we will do our best to find a solution.
