The importance of taking a rest in Darkfall combat

After you create your character, get the started quest, defeat your enemy, and get the loot, it is the time for you to take a rest. Since your stamina bar is not full, you need to recover. Sheathe your weapon in the event you are in combat mode, press 0 to load a rest, now a character can been seen by the small campfire icon under the hotbar. Then left click to start resting. At the moment, a player-controlled character sits down to take a rest. The character takes the rest in order to jump up to have another combat when his life and stamina bars are full.
