Quests are playing an important role in the world of darkfall. They are critical to the success of the darkfall game. It is the quests that supply the lore and backstory to the game, and make the world come alive.

In darkfall, the quests objectives are the mixtures f killing, looting and harvest, rather than being only one of the three. Some quests are as simple as killing a monster, while some are extremely hard to complete-you have to harvest a lot of things to kill a stronger opponent. Sometimes you must sneak past much stronger mobs to your quarry, and sometimes for some quests you are asked to pickpocket the NPC rather than kill, which is considerably harder and it is impossible to finish.
